This week will be high-intensity 5-hour a day workout on skill and fundamental development from an individual perspective. We will teach each camper drills and skills as part of a program that can be brought home and worked on by themselves. They will learn the teaching points and fundamentals that are worked on by our Varsity player every day to become better offensive weapons for our team. Emphasis throughout the week will be on ball handling, footwork, shooting/creating shots, and 1 on 1 play.
Sportsmanship, hard work, accountability, and organization in our workouts will be the priorities of the camp. The main objectives are for the campers to have fun, compete, and learn how to train themselves to become better basketball players.
